Hi. I’m Pat Schultz of Luhman Real Estate. I have been in the real estate business for over 14 years, specializing in residential sales, vacant land, rural residential and commercial. Over the years I have developed many lasting relationships with my customers. I believe in hard work and honesty. I have been a multi-million dollar producer for the last 10 years. My association with Luhman Real Estate has been ongoing for over 8 years.
I have been a resident of Fergus Falls for 54 years, having graduated from high school here in 1969 and attended the Fergus Falls community college. I am married to Valerie, a legal secretary at the Pemberton Law office for 30 years. My children are Ryan, Jamie and Derek. I have 3 grandchildren, Emmalee, Kadin and Alex, a daughter-in-law Jessie, and a future son-in-law Mark. Ryan is in the construction business, Jamie is in health care, and Derek is a student at NDSU.
My hobbies are waterfowl hunting, deer hunting and gardening. I enjoy all forms of sports, especially the Twins and Vikings. My family is most important to me, and spending time with them is at the top of my list.
Growing up in Otter Tail County has been great. Over the years I have had the opportunities to leave this area, but I have never found a spot that could replace what I have here. This is home.
